Pricing
Misou Skin is available at $30/month (~$1/day) or $275/year (~$0.75/day, save 24%). All plans include full access to every feature.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, on any plan, from your profile settings or by contacting support@misouskin.com. As long as you cancel before the next billing cycle begins, you will not be charged for that next period. You keep full access until the end of the cycle you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle that has already started.
What Happens After Cancellation
After your billing period ends, your account becomes inactive. You will not be able to access the app's features (chat, scanning, routines, analytics). However, your data — skin history, product shelf, routine logs, and all accumulated intelligence — is preserved for 12 months. If you resubscribe within that window, everything picks up where you left off. After 12 months of inactivity, data is permanently deleted. You can request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting support@misouskin.com.
Monthly Plan Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. If you cancel before the next monthly billing cycle starts, you will not be charged again — but the most recent monthly payment is non-refundable, including in cases of accidental renewal.
Annual Plan Refunds
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 60 days of your initial subscription. To request a refund, contact support@misouskin.com within 60 days of your first annual payment. After the first 60 days — including on annual renewals — refunds are not issued. Cancelling an annual plan before its renewal date prevents the next year's charge but does not refund the year currently in progress.
App Store Purchases
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy. Please contact Apple or Google directly for App Store-related refund requests.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Non-material changes (clarifications, typos) take effect upon posting, with the "Last updated" date revised. Material changes — including changes to refund eligibility, refund windows, or cancellation terms — will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Material changes apply only to billing cycles that begin on or after the effective date; refund terms applicable to a payment already made will not change retroactively. Previous versions are available on request at support@misouskin.com.
